You may use this site to learn about our work and to contact us. You agree not to misuse it — no attempting to access accounts or data that aren't yours, no scraping, no interfering with how the site runs.

Buyer, investor, subcontractor and design partner accounts are personal to you. Keep your password private and tell us right away if you think someone else has access. You're responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend or close an account that's misused, shared, or no longer connected to an active project.

Plans, pricing, margins, lender details, contracts and project documents shared through our portals are confidential. Don't copy, forward or publish them without our written permission.

Where our portals let you sign a subcontract, purchase order or change order by typing your name, that signature is binding. We record the date, time and technical details of the signing as evidence.

Nothing on this website is an offer to build, a price quote, or a construction contract. Homes, communities, square footage, timelines and prices shown are examples of completed work. Any build is governed only by a signed written agreement between you and AG Construction.

Information in the investor area is provided for discussion only. It isn't an offer to sell securities, a solicitation, or a guarantee of any return. Past project results don't predict future results.

The photographs, drawings, text, logo and name on this site belong to AG Construction or are used with permission. You may not reuse them commercially without our consent.

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as is. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, to the fullest extent the law allows.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Rhode Island.

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site after we do means you accept the updated version.
