Project information. If you become a client or partner, we store the documents, plans, selections, messages, photos, invoices and schedule details connected to your project.

Technical information. Basic details your browser sends automatically, such as device type, browser, approximate location and the pages you view, used to keep the site secure and working.

• To run your project: schedules, selections, documents and updates.
• To send follow-ups, reminders and review requests you can opt out of.
• To meet legal, tax, insurance and lending obligations.
• To protect the site and our clients against fraud and misuse.

We never sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the people who need it to do the work: our team, the subcontractors, architects and designers assigned to your project, and service providers such as our website host, payment processor and email provider. We also share information when the law requires it.

Buyer, investor, subcontractor and design partner accounts are separated. Each account can only see the projects, documents and messages assigned to it. Internal notes are never shown to portal users unless we deliberately mark them shared.

We keep project records for as long as we have a relationship with you and afterwards for as long as we're required to for warranty, tax, insurance and legal reasons. Inquiries that don't lead to a project are removed when they're no longer useful.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not required to keep it. You can unsubscribe from marketing and review messages at any time. Contact us using the details below.

Our site isn't directed at children and we don't knowingly collect their information.
